What should I expect during my first training session?
Your first session will include a fitness assessment to evaluate your current fitness level, discuss your goals, and create a baseline to track your progress. We'll also go over any questions you have and start with some basic exercises to get you comfortable.
Do you offer online training options?
Yes, we offer online training programs that include personalised workout plans, video demonstrations, and regular check-ins to keep you motivated and on track. I don’t have a gym membership or access to any equipment. Can I still work with you?
Yes, we offer various different services. The workouts are tailored to your circumstances. It may be best to have a chat with us and see which service is the best option for yourself to help you reach your goals.
Can I do Online Coaching or Personal Training if I am Type 1 or type 2 diabetic?
I have several clients who are diabetic so have some experience with diabetics. If you are Type 2, it is most likely that your diabetes will go away once you control your diet and lose the extra weight your body is carrying. If you are Type 1 you will find it a little bit easier to manage your sugar. I have trained many diabetics over the years and each and everyone has had amazing results.
I am in my late 50’s, Can I still get Results?
I get this question frequently and I have trained many clients over the age of 50 who have successfully changed their body. There is no reason on this earth that a man or woman between the ages of 40 through 60 cannot get similar if not better results then their younger counterparts. Once we age our metabolisms do slow down do we will be working against nature, however if you follow the plan and do your homework you will be a new person.
What is the difference between Online Coaching and Personal Training?
Online coaching is flexible with personalised plans with virtual support and resources accessible anytime. Ideal for busy schedules.
Personal Training is in-person guidance with real-time feedback, hands-on support, and immediate adjustments. Great for motivation and accountability.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 72 hours' notice to avoid any cancellation fees.
How do you ensure the safety of your clients during workouts?
Safety is our top priority. We ensure that all exercises are performed with proper form and technique to prevent injuries. We also tailor workouts to your fitness level and any physical limitations you may have.
What should I bring to my training sessions?
Please bring a water bottle, a sweat towel, a mat and wear comfortable workout clothes. If you have any specific equipment you prefer to use, feel free to bring that as well.
How do you track progress?
We track progress through regular fitness assessments, progress photos, and tracking key metrics such as strength, endurance, and body composition. This helps us adjust your program as needed to ensure you continue to make progress.
